Linda was a very special person in my life. Her life was tragically cut short when her estranged husband killed her in October of 2006. Her family is doing what they can so that another family will never have to go through what they did. They have developed a website, Linda's Lessons to help teachers educate students about domestic violence in hopes that they don't become a victim. Very sad! We had a similar tragedy here a few years back with the Cahill family. They lived right around the corner from our family. Children involved and everything. A real shame!
